At Renewed Support Services, we engage a team of qualified and experienced professionals. We evaluate everyone’s appropriateness for this role through a comprehensive recruitment and onboarding process that encompasses screening, verification of credentials and experience, as well as an extensive induction and orientation program.
All personnel must complete criminal record checks and, when applicable, Working with Children Checks. Furthermore, our staff receive training in the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and COVID-19 Infection Control. At Renewed Support Services, we also mandate that our staff participate in ongoing training and professional development.
